My name is Sophie, I'm 20 years old and I'm from France. I'm a big fan of tv shows like Stargate SG1, NCIS, House (I have a french board about House and Cuddy), and of course Bones. I started to watch it a month ago, it took me 2 weeks to watch all the episodes and now I'm a real addict ! I come on an english board to improve my english by the way, cause I love this language and I'd like to speak fluently english ^^

hello! i'm tiro un pato, but you can call me pato. (in spanish, that means i throw a duck, which is an inside joke from my spanish classroom). i'm 23 and have been watching bones since i saw two bodies in the lab (first episode i ever saw). i'm one of the few who doesn't like bones and booth together (i wanted them together at first, but now that every episode is all about throwing them into uncomfortable slightly romantic scenes, i want nothing more than for them to find other romantic liaisons.) i started watching because i thought the science was cool and that has certainly not been a priority of the writers in a long time.
but regardless, i do love the show and hope to get to know all of you here.

Sorry I've been a little behind in my reviews, if any of you care for that matter. But I missed "The Tough Man in the Tender Chicken" due to a miscommunication between my Tivo and Fox's wishy washy football scheduling. *sigh* I will review that episode once I get the time to upload it. Since then I've been out for the count due to the nastiest and longest cold I've ever had. *ugh* Sooo, anyways...I liked the idea of Booth's grandfather being in an episode and I loved the little comments he kept throwing Booth's way, really Brennan is quite the catch! However, I felt the writing was a little choppy and poorly executed in other areas. The whole foodie thing was a bit gross, I'm totally into fetishes but that's a bit much even for me! Gramps dancing it up with fat ladies was a tad weird, I know the old guy doesn't get out much but would you want your grandpa dancing with obese fetish ladies? I don't think so. Don't get me wrong, I'm certainly very far away from being Brennan's size, but the whole gorging on cake was a little excessive even for me. Big is beautiful, but only if it's healthy...at least in my opinion. Any who, there were some very cute moments and I'll never complain about an episode with back character development, but the case of the week kind of ruined it for me.
